In our work together, I draw from diverse therapeutic approaches that resonate with you and honour your ability to access your inner wisdom, healing capacity and agency in the therapeutic process.
Talk Therapy
Talk therapy can help expand your self-awareness, coping skills and a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I draw from narrative therapy and parts work (IFS) to support you in your healing and wellness journey as you work to integrate your life experiences with the intention to find harmony within your Self.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy can help you process traumatic experiences by exploring how your body has held on to trauma. I draw from mind-body healing approaches, such as somatic EMDR, restorative yoga, breathwork and mindfulness to support you in this work. Somatic therapies can help alleviate conditions such as PTSD, complicated grief, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, trust and intimacy issues, and self-esteem problems.
Nature Therapy
Nature is a co-facilitator in the therapeutic process and can support our work together. Just being in nature reduces anxiety, stress, pain, cortisol levels, and blood pressure, while improving one's mood and overall sense of wellbeing. Our therapeutic session doesn't always have to be in the office, being outside can provide a wide range of physical and mental health benefits that support your healing journey.
