Spending time in nature has been shown to improve your overall mood and wellbeing, while also increasing your cognitive function, creativity and clarity of mind. Being in relationship with the natural world supports a sense of belonging and opportunities to feel connected with your Self, others, and our more-than-human relatives. Each guided walk concludes with a wild tea ceremony. It's a wonderful opportunity to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.

My guided nature walks and retreats weave together my felt knowledge of the land through 30 years of wilderness experiences, Indigenous wisdom, Eastern philosophy and Western Science. I am also a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, Professional Interpretive Guide, and PaRx Nature Prescriber.

Nature Prescription Consultation
Research has shown that spending 2hrs a week in green or blue spaces can significantly improve your mental health and wellbeing. In a 90-minute consultation, I can assess and develop a personalized nature treatment plan to enhance your mental health and overall wellbeing. As a registered PaRx Prescriber, I can also prescribe a free one-month Discovery Pass to access nature trails in our beautiful National Parks. Corporate Nature Retreats & Workshops
Corporate nature retreats provide your staff with natural spaces to regroup and rejuvenate. The wild landscapes offer a relational setting for team building, communication, creativity and connection. Forest bathing and nature therapy elements are included through invitations to connect with nature and each other, and is completed with a wild tea ceremony.

Land-based Therapeutic Programs
Land-based therapeutic programs are 6 weeks in duration and developed in partnership with health and social service organizations and agencies. These therapeutic programs are curated to meet the needs of specific populations (e.g. substance abuse, concussions, chronic pain, veterans, elderly, youth).

Nature Therapy is a land-based mental health approach that integrates the natural world involving mindful walking, mindful sitting, sharing circles, and invitations to connect with your senses and the land through stillness, sensations and movement.
